PURCHASED ITEMS DELIVERIES

All orders are sent out recorded delivery only so your order is trackable and can be traced. The most ordered items are usually dispatched within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment. The shipment prices vary and depend on weight of the ordered item/s as well as delivery destination.





PURCHASED ITEMS RETURNS

If you want to return the purchased item/s simply send an unused item/s back to me in the original packing. Please enclose a letter detailing your address, contact details and reason for return. All items must be sent back by recorded mail so that there is traceability. If you no longer require an item I will refund you only the cost of the item not the postage charges. I will refund your postage charges only if I am at fault.

ROD DELIVERIES

All rods are sent out recorded delivery only so your order is trackable and can be traced. I will always try to contact you before sending out your rod.
All rod deliveries are priced according to weight and dimensions of the individual rod. Delivery is Monday to Friday.

Note: In the unfortunate event of parcel arriving damaged in transit, I must be notified with 24 hours from the delivery as late claims will not be considered by the courier.


ROD RETURNS:

All rods built to the customer's order cannot be returned as each is unique.
